Our
plan is to do one of the following:
• Force your lender to modify your mortgage terms. We may
get your rate reduced, get the lender to forgive part of your
debt and get you an affordable payment.
• Rescind your mortgage. In simple terms the mortgage never
happened. You can walk away from your house and get back all the
money you put into the house including upgrades. You might even
end up owning your house without a mortgage.
• Force a short sale. The bank will allow you to sell your
house for less money than you owe. We can negotiate with the lender(s)
which may allow you to walk away from your home without the liability. |
